When you contact us we will need to know:

Payment Policies:

We accept Cash, Money Order, *MasterCard / Visa or Personal Check (if you don't mind waiting for shipping until it clears).

*For charges ONLY : Phone your charge info to 781-447-4520 (or fax to 781-447-0523) as we do not have a secure server to take credit card info over the net. We find that most people want to ask questions and talk shop before buying anyway. And we like the personal contact, too. All charges are processed through our parent company, Guitar Doctor/Traditional Archery Supply.

»  USED GOODS: exact descriptions of pre-owned merchandise will let you feel confident of what you're buying. USED ITEMS - claimed defective item must be reported to us by telephone (781-447-4520) or email within 10 days of our shipping and received back to us within 7 days from the initial complaint and must be found to be defective as described in the initial complaint upon our return receipt. 100% refund applies to above conditions minus 20% restocking fee.

Orders destined for outside the USA will be quoted individually.

All orders shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (Insured) unless specifically requested otherwise.
All orders shipped next day (if from stock) or immediately upon availability (if special order or for repair/custom work).
We cannot be responsible for damage during shipping, but will insure w/ carrier.
Personal check orders shipped upon clearing of check.

Shipping costs depend on weight*, value and distance from Zip Code 02382.
These costs also will differ depending on value (for insurance purposes).
We will inform you of your expected S&H cost upon ordering.

* Shipping cost of Kits depends on weight of kit and distance traveled from us:
- #60 kit weight = 4 pounds
- #50 kit weight = 4 pounds
- #48 kit weight = 3 pounds
- #48-Junior kit weight = 3 pounds
- #34 kit weight = 2 pounds
* Extra arrows, targets and accessories will add to weight
